How High Are Art Prices Today? The Latest from Spring Auctions…
$85,800,000 for a Rothko
$98,385,000 for ANOTHER Rothko
$107,585,000 for a Brancusi sculpture
$181,200,000 for a Pollock
Sounds crazy, but those masterpieces were once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for the ultra-rich buyers. Postwar contemporary art’s scarcity is largely what’s driven appreciation that’s comparable to even the S&P over the last thirty years.*
Obviously, art investing is out of reach for most people.
But since 2017, Masterworks has taken a data-driven approach to investing in art, making it accessible to individual investors.
Masterworks members can invest in shares of artwork by Rothko, Basquiat, Warhol, and others. When a piece sells, they get a share of the proceeds.
Over $1.2 billion has been deployed across over 500+ artworks. And 29 exits to-date have delivered net annualized returns like 16.5%, 17.6% and 17.8% on pieces held longer than a year, not including those unsold.
To see Masterworks track record of sold works and inquire about membership, our subscribers can use this unique link.

1,000 Dublin Neighbors. 19 Days.
19 days ago we had one subscriber. My wife. This weekend we crossed 1,000.

Thank you. Genuinely. I started Dublin Daily because this community deserves a newsletter that feels like it comes from a neighbor — and the fact that a thousand of you showed up in three weeks means everything to me.
At this pace 2,000 might be closer than we all think — but I could use your help getting there. If you know a neighbor who'd love this, please share it with them. The more Dublin voices in this conversation, the better it gets.
I want to make this better every single day. The only way that happens is by hearing from you. What do you love? What would you change? What do you want more of? Hit reply — I read every message.

Kids Can Get into Zoombezi Bay for $5 Right Now
As we mentioned Friday, South Pool is running modified hours this week while school finishes out. In the meantime — Zoombezi Bay just kicked off something worth knowing about.

Through June 7, Zoombezi Bay is running $5 Days — new this year. For every full-price adult ticket, kids ages 3-9 get in for just $5. That's online only, so book ahead. And if you're going anyway, $5 also takes off the price of a ZoomPass.
The deals don't stop there. From 2–5 p.m. each day, food drops to $5 — BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, and tacos. Big Kona Wave is also running a $5 happy hour during the same window, covering domestic draft beers and specialty drinks.
Not a bad way to spend a week while the pools are still warming up. Grab tickets at zoombezibay.com.

Win Memorial Tournament Tickets — Here’s How
Okay this is actually a fun idea. Visit Dublin has set up a scavenger hunt through Historic Dublin and Bridge Park — find nine yellow pin flags at featured locations, fill in your scorecard, and you're entered to win four weekly patron tickets to the 2027 Memorial. It's called the Dublin Cup and it runs through June 1.

Pick up your scorecard at the Dublin Visitor & Information Center at 9 South High St. You don't have to buy anything at each stop — though the golf-themed spots along the way make for a pretty good afternoon out. Once you've found all nine numbers, bring your completed scorecard back to the Visitor Center to enter.
Prefer to just buy tickets? Keep an eye on Facebook Marketplace — good deals pop up there more often than you'd think.
