Why Your Moisturizer Stops Working
If your moisturizer isn’t working quite like it used to, you’re not alone. As we age, our skin shifts below the surface—losing the collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, and barrier integrity it needs to stay hydrated and firm. This leads to thinner, weaker skin that struggles to retain moisture, no matter how many “hydrating” creams you apply.
But OneSkin’s new OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM is built differently. While most moisturizers sit on the skin’s surface and wash off at the end of the day, OS-01 FACE RICH CREAM works at the cellular level to actually rebuild the density that allows skin to hold onto moisture. It’s powered by a Dual-Phase Hydration System, combining potent bioactive humectants with OneSkin’s age-reversing OS-01 Peptide™ to promote healthier collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production, and fortify the skin barrier. The results: deep, lasting hydration and progressive visible firmness—for resilient skin that keeps up with you.

Community Spotlight
Help Me Find Dublin’s Big Stories
One of the things I love about writing Dublin Daily is getting to know more of the people and organizations doing interesting things around our community.
There are thousands of businesses, nonprofits and other organizations around Dublin, and I obviously can’t introduce you to all of them. But when one is doing something interesting or newsworthy, I’d love to hear about it - and share it!

Opening a new business? Expanding or moving? Launching something unusual? Raising money for a local cause? Doing something in the community that people should know about? Those are the kinds of stories I’m looking for.
If you’re involved with an organization — or just know of one doing something newsworthy — reply to this email and tell me what’s happening.

Did You Remember to Change Your Clocks?
If you woke up this morning feeling like you got an extra hour of sleep, you very well might have.
Daylight saving time ended at 2 a.m. today, which means we're back on standard time until March.
Your phone probably took care of itself, but don't forget about the clocks on the stove, microwave, and in the car. There's always one that gets overlooked.
And yes, it'll be getting dark an hour earlier tonight. That's the part of the deal nobody looks forward to.

A Dublin Company, 4,000 Dealerships and a Buy-Out
If you haven't heard of Premier Dealer Services, you're probably not alone. But this Dublin-based company has been around since 1998, and its business reaches a lot farther than you might expect.
Headquartered at 555 Metro Place North, Premier works with more than 4,000 car dealerships across North America, providing vehicle protection plans, loyalty programs, and other services that dealerships offer their customers.
And now it's being acquired by a much bigger player.
Arch Insurance North America, part of the publicly traded Arch Capital Group, has agreed to buy Premier Dealer Services. Arch is part of the S&P 500, and the two companies have actually worked together for years.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of the year, pending regulatory approval. Premier is expected to continue operating independently, and there have been no announced changes to its Dublin headquarters.
Whatever comes next for Premier, it's a reminder that some of the businesses we might not know by name have a pretty remarkable reach beyond Dublin.

111,260 Pounds of Pumpkins. Just in Dublin.
Halloween is over, and if you're wondering what to do with the pumpkins sitting on your porch, Dublin has an option that doesn't involve the trash can.
And it's not a small operation, either. Last year, we all dropped off 111,260 pounds of pumpkins for composting. Yes, more than 55 tons of pumpkins. Just from Dublin.
The city has set up a pumpkin composting drop-off again at the Dublin Service Center (6555 Shier Rings Road), where you can bring your old pumpkins and gourds through December 14.
Instead of ending up in a landfill, they'll be taken to Price Farms Organics and turned into compost.
So before you toss that jack-o'-lantern in the garbage, consider giving it one last trip across town.
You can read more about Dublin’s pumpkin composting program here.

A Note From Nick
You Asked How to Help. Here’s How.
A few of you have reached out asking how you can support Dublin Daily — and honestly, it means a lot just to hear that. Here's what actually helps.
The single biggest thing: forward this to a neighbor, a friend, or anyone who loves Dublin and might not know we exist yet. Word of mouth is everything for a local newsletter. Or just share dublinohiodaily.com next time Dublin comes up in conversation.
If you ever have a tip — a local business worth spotlighting, an event coming up, something happening in your neighborhood — hit reply and tell us. That's the fuel that keeps this going.
We also have sponsors who make Dublin Daily free. If something catches your eye, click their links — it makes a real difference.
Thanks for being here. Dublin is a better place to live when we're all looking out for each other — and that's really what all this is about.
— Nick
