15% Off Your First Order of Fresh-Roasted Pods
Most K-Cups sit in a warehouse for months before they reach your brewer — and you can taste it. Angelino's, a third-generation roaster in Los Angeles, does it differently: every pod is roasted, ground, and sealed fresh in-house, then shipped to your door within days of roasting.
Choose from 50+ specialty coffees — single origins, dark roasts, flavored favorites like Jamaican Me Crazy, plus decafs and teas — all compatible with your Keurig® brewer. Mix and match any coffees you like, and watch the savings climb: bulk discounts start at 5+ boxes and reach up to 34% off at 12+.
And here's the best part: new customers get an extra 15% off their first order, on top of bulk savings. It's applied automatically at checkout — no code, no subscription required. Free shipping on orders over $49 or 4+ boxes.
Fresh coffee shouldn't require a coffee shop.

Good News On the Air Quality Front
Wind and some scattered storms helped clear a lot of the smoke out yesterday, and air quality across the region improved noticeably.
Looks like the worst of it is behind us, at least for now — but weather is of course not always that predictable in Ohio, so we'd still recommend keeping an eye on AirNow over the next few days.

Bright Road’s Empty Lot Has Big Plans
If you've driven along Bright Road between Hopewell Elementary and Mount Carmel, you've probably passed a big empty stretch of land without giving it much thought. A developer wants to turn it into a senior living community — apartments, small standalone cottages, the works, with everything from independent living to memory care under one roof.
The company behind it, Sentry Land Company, hasn't had a straight shot to get here. This is the third version of the plan since it was first pitched to the city in December, with pieces cut and moved around after pushback from neighbors and city planners. The current version calls for 194 units total. One city commissioner who originally didn't like the project came around after seeing the latest changes, calling it "a really, really good solution" for the site.
Not everyone's convinced. Neighbors with the East Dublin Civic Association say the density here is still roughly double what people expected for that stretch of road, and that's been the sticking point through every version of this so far.
Nothing's final. This still has to clear a couple more rounds of city review before it's anywhere near a done deal — but it's worth knowing what might be moving into that empty lot before the bulldozers show up.

A Deadly Trend Is Putting I-270 in the Spotlight
Franklin County's had more fatal crashes than any other county in the state over the past five years, and unsafe speed is behind a big chunk of those. Locally, 270 alone has already seen close to 800 crashes this year.
That's why state troopers are running a focused operation on the interstate July 19 through 25, with extra officers out looking for reckless driving and speeding. Dublin police are one of several local departments joining in, alongside Columbus, Gahanna, the county sheriff's office, and even a State Patrol aircraft overhead.
It's part of what the state calls the "100 Deadliest Days of Summer" — the stretch between Memorial Day and Labor Day when serious crashes tend to spike. Whatever brings you onto 270 this week, we hope you and everyone else on that road makes it home safe.

While the Dollar Weakens, Gold Doesn't Ask Permission.
Physical gold sits outside inflation, banking risk, and government policy and a Gold IRA lets you own it with the same tax advantages you already have. True Gold Republic's free 2026 kit shows you exactly how.
A Note From Nick
You Asked How to Help. Here’s How.
A few of you have reached out asking how you can support Dublin Daily — and honestly, it means a lot just to hear that. Here's what actually helps.
The single biggest thing: forward this to a neighbor, a friend, or anyone who loves Dublin and might not know we exist yet. Word of mouth is everything for a local newsletter. Or just share dublinohiodaily.com next time Dublin comes up in conversation.
If you ever have a tip — a local business worth spotlighting, an event coming up, something happening in your neighborhood — hit reply and tell us. That's the fuel that keeps this going.
We also have sponsors who make Dublin Daily free. If something catches your eye, click their links — it makes a real difference.
Thanks for being here. Dublin is a better place to live when we're all looking out for each other — and that's really what all this is about.
