Dublin AI Company Plans to Raise $1.75 Million
Remember reAlpha, the Bridge Park company using AI to make buying a home easier? The company announced yesterday that it's raising $1.75 million by selling additional shares.
We last reported on reAlpha in May, when it announced plans to cut some of its workforce. The company has continued working on its AI-powered homebuying platform, but it's also been navigating some financial challenges. Its latest SEC filing makes clear that additional financing is needed to support the business.
We hope reAlpha can continue pursuing its ambitious plans, and we'll keep following how things develop for this Dublin company.

Moe's Closes, But May Not Be Gone for Good
If you're a fan of Moe's Southwest Grill on Hospital Drive, you may have noticed the restaurant has closed.
I stopped by to check, and a note on the door explains that the restaurant closed because its lease expired. But there's a little good news for Moe's fans. The company says it's actively looking for a new location in the area and hopes to welcome customers back soon.
That being said, Dublin isn't the only place that's lost a Moe's. According to Columbus Business First, the closure leaves the chain with just one restaurant in all of Central Ohio. Quite a change for a chain that had four locations in the area back in 2013.
For anyone who uses Moe's for catering, the company says those orders will continue without interruption through its Gahanna location.

Are Dublin Police Looking for You?
We're fortunate to live in a community where most of us feel safe, and our local police officers deserve a lot of credit for that.
Now the Dublin Police Department is looking for more people to join the team. And you might be surprised to learn that you don't need any previous law enforcement experience to apply.
Starting salaries are around $77,000, with the potential to earn nearly $124,000 as officers advance. Benefits include premium-free health insurance, a pension and paid training. Dublin will even sponsor your police academy training while paying your salary.
Applications are open through November 29. Here's how to apply.

Target Hair Thinning Where it Begins—at the Cellular Level
There are many products for hair thinning on the market, but they don’t all deliver on their claims. OneSkin’s OS-01 HAIR SCALP SERUM is the only peptide-powered scalp formula scientifically proven to target cellular senescence, a leading driver of age-related thinning, for thicker hair over time.
A Note From Nick
You Asked How to Help. Here’s How.
A few of you have reached out asking how you can support Dublin Daily — and honestly, it means a lot just to hear that. Here's what actually helps.
The single biggest thing: forward this to a neighbor, a friend, or anyone who loves Dublin and might not know we exist yet. Word of mouth is everything for a local newsletter. Or just share dublinohiodaily.com next time Dublin comes up in conversation.
If you ever have a tip — a local business worth spotlighting, an event coming up, something happening in your neighborhood — hit reply and tell us. That's the fuel that keeps this going.
We also have sponsors who make Dublin Daily free. If something catches your eye, click their links — it makes a real difference.
Thanks for being here. Dublin is a better place to live when we're all looking out for each other — and that's really what all this is about.
— Nick
