Claude is not just a chatbot anymore. Is your security team ready?

Claude.ai is one thing. Claude Cowork with MCP connections, running agentic workflows, taking actions across your data with ungoverned skills? That is a different conversation entirely, and most security teams are not equipped to govern it.

Harmonic Security is built to secure everything Claude offers. Full browser controls for Claude.ai, deep governance over agentic MCP workflows, and real-time visibility into what Claude is doing across your organization. So your CISO can say yes to the tools your business is already demanding.

Dublin isn’t Growing, so Why is the School System?

If you’ve been confused about how Dublin can feel built out while the schools keep needing more space, you’re not alone. I’ve even had readers reach out recently asking this exact question.

Recent Census numbers showed the City of Dublin’s population stayed roughly flat — down about 200 people from 2020. Meanwhile, Dublin City Schools enrollment is climbing past 16,000, and the district is heading into its second round of high school redistricting.

Here’s how both can be true: more than 40% of Dublin City Schools students don’t actually live in the City of Dublin. The district covers about 47 square miles across Franklin, Delaware, and Union counties — including parts of Columbus, Hilliard, and Upper Arlington, plus rapidly growing chunks of Jerome Billage and Concord Township.

So when people say “Dublin is growing,” they’re often right about what they’re seeing — new neighborhoods, new neighbors, busier schools. They’re just not seeing most of that growth inside the city limits. They’re seeing it in the surrounding townships that feed into the schools — areas that are among the fastest-growing in Ohio.

New Details in the Dublin Spa Police Investigation

An update to yesterday’s story about the police search at Rejuvenation Spa in the Karric Square Shopping Center: authorities now say the investigation involved allegations of prostitution and possible human trafficking.

On Thursday, the City of Columbus announced it had obtained a court order shutting down both the Dublin business and another spa on Columbus’ west side that investigators say shared the same ownership. Both locations were boarded up following searches by Columbus Police and Ohio’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

According to court filings, investigators had received complaints tied to Rejuvenation Spa dating back several years. Authorities also said recent surveillance at the businesses showed activity they believed was consistent with prostitution.

Court records also say investigators found evidence in 2023 that people may have been living inside the Dublin location — something authorities say can be associated with trafficking operations.

It’s a difficult story, especially given how visible the business was in a busy shopping center many people pass every day. If the allegations are true, hopefully this leads to help and support for anyone who may have been exploited.

A Regional Drug Bust (and a Warning for Dublin Parents)

If you've got teens or pre-teens, here's something worth knowing about. A regional drug bust last month seized nearly $2 million in illegal drugs across Central Ohio — and one of the eight search warrants was at a Dublin home. What stood out: much of what was seized, including THC edibles and vape pens, was packaged to look like candy. Bright colors, cartoon characters, the works.

The case actually started over two years ago when a parent flagged a vape pen at a Central Ohio middle school. That single tip eventually grew into the larger investigation.

The candy-style packaging is the part worth knowing about. It's designed to look harmless. Just something to have on your radar.
