Most Men Notice Aging All at Once
Men's skin is 25% thicker than women's. That sounds like an advantage. It isn't. Thicker skin delays the visible signs of aging — until collagen drops. And when it drops, it drops hard: heavier eye bags, deeper wrinkles, dark spots, loss of firmness. All at once. Most men were never taught to get ahead of it. That's where Particle Face Cream comes in. A 6-in-1 formula engineered specifically for men's skin — reduces eye bags, dark spots, and wrinkles, restores firmness, hydrates deeply, revives dull tone. Two minutes a day. No complicated routine. Over 1,000,000 men already use it. Try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee. 20% off with code BH20.

Apparently We All Really Like Living in Dublin
Remember that poll I sent out the other day asking whether you’re planning to buy or sell a home in the next two years?
Well, before looking at your answers, I got curious about something else: How often do people in Dublin actually move?
Turns out, not all that often.
Dublin has about 12,760 detached single-family homes, or just over 15,000 if you include townhomes and duplexes. And in a typical year, only about 1,000 homes change hands.
At that pace, it would take roughly 15 years for the equivalent of all those homes to turn over once. Nationally, the typical homeowner has been in their home for about 12 years.
Obviously that doesn’t prove why people stay put. But I think most of us would agree that Dublin is a pretty hard place to leave.
Which made your answers even more interesting.
105 of you responded, and 24% said you’re planning to buy or sell within the next two years. Another 14% aren’t sure yet.
And among those who are planning to make a move, 72% said they’d consider using a real estate agent who advertises in Dublin Daily.
That’s higher than I expected, although it actually makes some sense. Our readership skews older than Dublin overall, so more of us are getting to the age where downsizing or another move starts entering the conversation. And people thinking about moving were probably a little more likely to answer this particular poll.
But the question I originally wanted your help answering was pretty simple: Are there actually people in our Dublin Daily community who might hire a real estate agent they find here?
Turns out there are.
17% of everyone who responded said they’re planning to buy or sell within the next two years and would consider using a Dublin Daily advertiser.
So thanks to everyone who answered. I got the answer I was looking for — and learned a little more about our community along the way.

Some Vegetarian Advice From Our Neighbors
A few days ago, one of our readers asked for some help. She was looking for really good vegetarian meals around Dublin — not just restaurants that happen to have something vegetarian on the menu.
We put the question to all of you, and normally when we do that, more than 100 of you have something to say. This time, we heard from fewer than a dozen. So I think it’s safe to say vegetarian food isn’t something most of us are all that passionate about.
But the people who did answer gave us some really thoughtful recommendations.
At Bikanervala, try the dal makhani with jeera rice or the paneer tikka. At Roots, one neighbor recommended the El Jefe without chicken. Kitchen Social’s eggplant “meatballs” got a mention, and Neehee’s, REBoL and Chipotle were all suggested too.
One other thing came through in the answers: finding a good casual vegetarian meal around Dublin seems pretty easy. Finding a nicer dinner might be a little harder.
But both Tucci’s and Valentina’s came up as places where you can get pasta with vegetables and a sauce.
So there you go. That’s what your neighbors came up with. Hopefully there’s something new in there for the vegetarians among us — however many of you there actually are.

Dublin’s Healthcare Boom Is Getting Bigger
There’s a massive amount of money being spent on hospitals around Columbus right now.
And when you look at what’s happening here in Dublin, we’re right in the middle of it.
We’ve already talked about Mount Carmel’s beautiful brand-new hospital and Ohio State’s plans to expand its Dublin medical campus.
But there’s another big project we haven’t talked about: OhioHealth is spending $250 million to expand Dublin Methodist.
The project was announced earlier this year and will add significantly more patient rooms, critical care and other services over the next few years.
Put it all together and it’s pretty remarkable.
Mount Carmel opened its new Dublin hospital last year. Ohio State opened its big outpatient facility in 2022 — and is already expanding again, with another 16 acres and at least 150,000 square feet of new medical space coming. And now Dublin Methodist is getting substantially bigger too.
That’s a lot of healthcare investment in one city in a very short period of time.
And we’re all part of something much bigger. Ohio State just opened a nearly $2 billion hospital in Columbus. OhioHealth is spending $600 million on a new women’s center. Nationwide Children’s has another huge expansion underway. Healthcare systems are building all over the region as Columbus continues to grow.
But here’s the part I keep coming back to:
Less than 20 years ago, Dublin didn’t have a hospital at all.
Now we have two hospitals, a major Ohio State medical campus, and hundreds of millions of dollars being spent to add even more capacity.
Dublin is becoming a pretty significant healthcare hub — and it’s happened remarkably fast.
