Investors see ANOTHER return from Masterworks (!!!!)
That’s 6 sales in 7 months. 29 all time. And the performance?
16.5%, 17.6%, and 17.8%, net annualized returns on sold works held longer than one year (See all 29 at Masterworks.com)
It’s not from stocks, private equity, or real estate… it’s from contemporary and post war art. Crazy, right?
With Masterworks, you don’t need to be a BILLIONAIRE to invest in multi-million dollar art anymore.
Historically, the segment overall has had attractive appreciation and low correlation to stocks.*
Masterworks targets works featuring legends like Banksy, Basquiat, and Picasso, identifying what they believe to have significant long-term appreciation potential, not just at the artist level but at the level of individual artworks.
As one of the largest players in the art market, with $1.3 billion invested over 500 artworks, they pass critical advantages through to their 70,000+ members to add art to their portfolios strategically.

Did You Know Dublin Has $50 Waiting for You?
With all the rain coming down lately, this one feels particularly timely. If you've been thinking about adding a rain barrel to your yard, Dublin has $50 with your name on it. Through the Community Backyards program, Dublin residents can get a $50 reimbursement on a rain barrel purchase — one per household.

To claim it, attend a workshop in person or online, take a short quiz, then submit your voucher and receipt with photos of the installed barrel to Franklin Soil and Water. Rather skip the wait? Buy from a local participating retailer and get an immediate discount at the register instead.
The bigger reason it matters: from the Scioto River to Indian Run Falls, Dublin's waterways are part of what makes this place feel like this place. Rain barrels reduce stormwater runoff that ends up in those watersheds. A small thing with a real impact — and fifty dollars back in your pocket.

Muirfield Village Has Great Stories. This is One of Them.
If you've been to a well-fed event around Dublin lately and wondered who was behind the food, there's a chance it was Matt and Jeff from Crafty Chefs Catering.

The two met in 2011 working the kitchens at Muirfield Village — both had started cooking professionally at 15, just in different parts of Ohio. The connection was immediate. After both attended culinary school, it took another decade before they finally went into business together, but when they did, they brought 40 combined years of professional kitchen experience with them.
Crafty Chefs launched in 2023 and handles catering for the kind of events that actually matter — the ones where the food needs to be right.
If you've got something coming up and want it handled by people who've been doing this their whole lives, it's worth reaching out.

Free Lunch for You in Dublin Today — That’s Just the Start
Every Memorial Day, Dublin does something worth showing up for. The American Legion's Post 800 leads a procession down West Bridge Street at 11 a.m. — marching from the Shoppes at River Ridge to Dublin Cemetery, with a wreath thrown from the Bridge Street Bridge along the way. The ceremony at the cemetery follows at 11:30 a.m., this year with Colonel Andrew Powers of the Ohio Air National Guard as keynote speaker.

This year carries extra meaning. As part of America's 250th celebration, the city is hosting an expanded Community Picnic from 12:30 to 3 p.m. on the front lawn of Indian Run Elementary at 80 W. Bridge St. — free lunch while it lasts, games, and live entertainment. The afternoon closes with the National Moment of Silence at 3 p.m.
That evening, the Dublin Link lights up red, white, and blue.
A good day to be in Dublin. More details here.
