Our Seniors are Taking Over the Roads Today
Today, two of our senior classes get one of high school's best traditions. Coffman seniors parade from Dublin Baptist Church down Coffman Road to the school starting at 6:45 a.m. Jerome seniors roll from the Avery Park lot down Brand Road to the school starting at 7:45 a.m.

If you drive either of those roads during your morning commute, expect rolling closures — Coffman Road from 6:45 to 7:30 a.m., Brand Road from 7:45 to 8:30 a.m. A small price for watching our seniors make their entrance for one of the last times as high schoolers.
Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

Large Redistricting Safety Protest Before Wednesday’s Vote
Over one hundred of our neighbors showed up Monday night to push back on the redistricting criteria before Wednesday's vote. The message was simple: student safety should come first.

Their concerns centered on Riverside Drive and the Glick Road Bridge — both already heavily trafficked, both likely to get a lot busier with student drivers under one of the proposed maps. Friday's bus crash on Riverside Drive landed hard. That's the exact road they've been warning about.
The current criteria puts enrollment and building capacity at the top, with safe transportation lower on the list. Parents want that flipped. Several pointed to the Shawnee Hills Police Chief's letter to the board raising the same concerns.
The board votes on Wednesday this week.
