A Second Location For That French Korean Bakery
If you've ever made a Costco run, there's a good chance you've spotted Tous les Jours right next door — the French-Korean bakery that's become a regular stop for a lot of Dublin families. Freshly baked every morning, with a rotating mix of pastries, breads, cakes, and drinks that combines French technique with Korean flavors in ways most people around here haven't tried before. If you haven't been, you're missing out.
Now Dublin is getting a second location. This fall, Tous les Jours is opening right next to Target on Sawmill Parkway — giving a lot more of us a reason to stop in without making a special trip out to Costco.
No exact opening date yet beyond fall 2026. Follow their Powell page here for updates when it gets closer.

Cricket is Coming to Avery Park — Here's Why
If you've noticed cricket tournaments popping up in Dublin's parks with some regularity, there's a reason. About one in five Dublin residents identifies as Asian — roughly 20% of the population — a figure that's significantly higher than any of our neighboring communities. A large part of that community has roots in India, where cricket isn't just a sport. It's the sport.
This month, the Telugu Association of Central Ohio — TACO — is bringing its 2026 cricket tournament to Avery Park on July 18. The Telugu community represents one of the largest Indian groups in central Ohio, and events like this one have been a fixture of Dublin's cultural calendar for years. Teams register at 7:15 a.m., matches start at 7:30, and there are $3,000 in prizes on the line across two divisions.
It's a good reminder of something worth appreciating about this town — the diversity here isn't just a demographic footnote. It shows up in our parks, our restaurants, our schools, and yes, our sports fields. If you've never watched a cricket match, July 18 at Avery Park is as good an introduction as any.

Max Tax Credit Lands in Dublin
A couple of weeks ago we covered that the Cameron Mitchell hotel is coming to Bridge Park's Y Block — a seven-story boutique hotel, four dining concepts, luxury condos, and a new office tower going up near the 161 roundabout at Riverside Drive. Today there's a real update: the project just landed a $20 million state tax credit through Ohio's Transformational Mixed-Use Development program.
That's the maximum the program allows under its recently updated rules — and out of seven major city projects selected across Ohio in this funding round, the Y Block was the only one to max it out. Crawford Hoying and Cameron Mitchell Restaurants are the development partners, and Crawford Hoying is expected to submit final development plans to Dublin's planning and zoning committee next.
For a project of this scale, state tax credits are often what move things from approved-on-paper to actually-breaking-ground, so this is a meaningful step forward.

You Asked How to Help. Here’s How.
A few of you have reached out asking how you can support Dublin Daily — and honestly, it means a lot just to hear that. Here's what actually helps.
The single biggest thing: forward this to a neighbor, a friend, or anyone who loves Dublin and might not know we exist yet. Word of mouth is everything for a local newsletter. Or just share dublinohiodaily.com next time Dublin comes up in conversation.
If you ever have a tip — a local business worth spotlighting, an event coming up, something happening in your neighborhood — hit reply and tell us. That's the fuel that keeps this going.
We also have sponsors who make Dublin Daily free. If something catches your eye, click their links — it makes a real difference.
Thanks for being here. Dublin is a better place to live when we're all looking out for each other — and that's really what all this is about.
