See What's Moving Before Wall Street Wakes Up

Most of us hear about a stock move after it happens — an earnings report, an AI contract, a sector suddenly running — and by the time the news reaches us, the opportunity is gone.

We created Elite Trade Club to fix that.

Each trading day, our team publishes a pre-market briefing built for active traders: stocks surging or collapsing before the open, key earnings that could move markets, under-the-radar companies gaining institutional attention, and the macro events worth watching today.

Fast, practical, straight to the point.

That's why 450,000+ traders rely on us every morning. Get the daily briefing free — no cost, no catch.

Your competitor isn’t better. Just better known.

You know the feeling. The competitor down the street is always packed, and you know you're better. It's rarely about who's best. It's about who comes to mind when people decide.

Every morning, 4,500+ of your Dublin neighbors get this newsletter. Give me 15 minutes and I'll show you how to become the name they think of.

We Have The Midwest’s Largest Indian Grocery?

Remember when we told you back in June that India Grocers was taking over the old Big Lots on Sawmill Road? Well, they've officially opened. And the new store is a lot bigger than you might expect.

At 40,000 square feet, it's a pretty substantial grocery store. In fact, an employee told 614NOW that it's now the largest Indian supermarket in the Midwest. That's quite a claim, although we haven't been able to independently verify it.

We Have The Midwest’s Largest Indian Grocery?

The store specializes in Indian and South Asian groceries, with everything from spices and lentils to rice, snacks and specialty ingredients that can be harder to find at traditional supermarkets.

And with that much space, there's certainly room for a much larger selection than at its previous location.

India Grocers is now open daily from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at 6569 Sawmill Road.

So if you've been wondering when that old Big Lots would finally come back to life, the wait is over.

Dublin Recycles Styrofoam? Who Knew?

You know all that Styrofoam packaging that comes with a new TV, furniture or appliances? The stuff that takes up half your trash can and never seems to break down?

Well, it turns out Dublin has a place where you can recycle it. And the best part is that it's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Dublin Recycles Styrofoam? Who Knew?

There's a dedicated drop-off location at the Dublin Service Center, 6555 Shier Rings Road, where residents can bring clean Styrofoam packaging and foam coolers instead of throwing them away.

That's particularly handy with the holidays coming up, when all those packages and new purchases tend to leave us with more packing materials than we know what to do with.

Just make sure the foam is clean and check which types are accepted before loading up the car. You can find the full details here.

Moving Back in With Mom at 63?

Most of us probably don't imagine moving back in with our parents when we're 63. But that's exactly what one Dublin woman has done.

And apparently, she might be part of a growing trend.

Moving Back in With Mom at 63?

As Americans live longer, retirement communities are starting to see something unusual: parents in their 90s living alongside their children in their 60s. In some cases, they're even sharing the same home.

The Wall Street Journal recently shared the story of Nora Kepes, 63, who moved in with her mother, Joanne, at Hawthorne Commons, a 55-plus community right here in Dublin.

Joanne had originally moved from Dayton to be closer to her daughters. But Nora was spending so much time helping her mother that eventually it made more financial sense to live together.

According to Senior Housing News, retirement community operators are now beginning to think about how to accommodate more families like theirs, as both aging parents and their adult children reach retirement age.

It's an interesting reversal when you think about it. We spend so much of our lives expecting our children to eventually move out. Now some families are finding reasons to move back in together.

A Note From Nick

You Asked How to Help. Here’s How.

A few of you have reached out asking how you can support Dublin Daily — and honestly, it means a lot just to hear that. Here's what actually helps.

The single biggest thing: forward this to a neighbor, a friend, or anyone who loves Dublin and might not know we exist yet. Word of mouth is everything for a local newsletter. Or just share dublinohiodaily.com next time Dublin comes up in conversation.

If you ever have a tip — a local business worth spotlighting, an event coming up, something happening in your neighborhood — hit reply and tell us. That's the fuel that keeps this going.

We also have sponsors who make Dublin Daily free. If something catches your eye, click their links — it makes a real difference.

Thanks for being here. Dublin is a better place to live when we're all looking out for each other — and that's really what all this is about.
